Corporate chair massage for Houston workplaces

A licensed, insured therapist arrives at your office with a massage chair, sets up in a quiet corner, and works through a sign-up sheet of ten- to twenty-minute sessions, fully clothed, no oils, no mess. Employees walk back to their desks looser than they left. You get one invoice and a therapist who was vetted by a 25-year massage therapist, not pulled from a gig app the night before.

How a chair massage day runs

We arrive about twenty minutes before the first session to set up. Sessions run back to back at whatever length you choose: ten minutes gets five or six people through per therapist-hour, fifteen minutes gets four, twenty minutes gets three. For a team of forty, two therapists for three hours at fifteen minutes each covers everyone with room for a few walk-ups. We bring the chair, the sanitizer, the face-cradle covers and a printed sign-up sheet; you send an email the day before and point us at a room.

Pricing

Chair massage is $140 per therapist-hour, with a two-hour minimum per therapist, and includes travel anywhere in the Houston area, setup and all supplies; there’s no travel fee. Recurring monthly or quarterly visits are $125 per therapist-hour. Fill in the short form below and a rate sheet with the exact numbers is emailed to you automatically; no sales call unless you want one.

When companies book us

Employee appreciation days and Employee Appreciation Week in March. Benefits fairs and open-enrollment days, where a chair line does more for turnout than the donuts. Quarter-end and tax-season crunch weeks. Conferences, sales kickoffs and client events, where the massage station is the booth people remember. Welcome-back days after a reorganization or a hard stretch, when a manager wants to say something without a speech.

What we need from you

A space about six feet by six feet per therapist, away from the busiest walkway, with a chair-height power outlet nearby if there’s a heater in the room, which there usually is in Houston. A contact on site who can point us to the room. That’s it. We provide the sign-up sheet as a shared link or a printout, and we handle the walk-ups.

Who you’re hiring

Morgan Massage Houston is run by Morgan Sutherland, a Massachusetts-licensed massage therapist with 25 years of orthopedic and medical practice and a Certified Dementia Practitioner. His Massachusetts company, Morgan Massage, provides recurring chair massage to fourteen senior living communities and their staff, including Benchmark, Sunrise and LCB Senior Living properties. Every Houston therapist holds a current Texas license, carries their own liability insurance, and has been interviewed and worked on by Morgan before taking an assignment.

Beyond a single day

Most companies book one appreciation day and then ask about doing it monthly. Recurring wellness packages, with a fixed visit each month or quarter at a lower hourly rate, and larger event bookings with multiple therapists are both available; mention it in the form and the rate sheet will include them.

The quote form is going live shortly. Until then, email hello@morganmassagehouston.com with your company, approximate headcount, a preferred date or month, and your address or ZIP, and the rate sheet comes back the same business day.

Rather talk it through first? Ask for a 15-minute intro call in the same email. No pitch; you’ll get the same rate sheet either way.
